It is shown by a lack of orientation in time, place and person. The child doesn't identify the date, he lives. Also the lack of relationship among the past the present and the future. The child doesn't identify the place where he is. In person, the child doesn't know, who he is; who are the people, who are around him. That is when a very bad brain process is present.
